   1. Name, Surname, email address.
   2. Information communicated by the data subject during the phone call, necessary for the execution of operations based on the request.
4. Methods of Processing and Storage

   The processing of personal data will be carried out in an automated and/or manual form, in compliance with the provisions of Article 32 of GDPR 2016/679 regarding technical and organizational security measures, by specifically appointed persons and in compliance with Article 29 GDPR 2016/679.

5. Scope of Communication and Dissemination

   We also inform you that the collected data will never be disclosed and will not be subject to communication without your explicit consent, except for communications necessary that may involve the transfer of data to public entities, consultants, or other subjects for legal obligations.

6. Transfer to Third Countries

   Your data will not be transferred either to EU member states or to non-EU countries.

7. Retention Period

   We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, and data minimization, pursuant to Article 5 GDPR 2016/679, with your free and explicit consent expressed at the bottom of the ‘Contact’ forms, your personal data will be stored for 180 days, the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed.

9. Automated Decision-Making Process / Profiling

   Asigint S.r.l. does not adopt any automated decision-making process, including profiling, as referred to in Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, of EU Regulation No. 679/2016.

    At any time, you may exercise, pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679, the right to:

    1. request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data;
    2. obtain information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data have been or will be disclosed and, where possible, the retention period;
    3. obtain the rectification and deletion of data;
    4. obtain the limitation of processing;
    5. oppose the processing at any time;
    6. request access to personal data from the data controller;
    7. withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
    8. lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
